We believe that broken families can be made whole, when family members recognize that Jesus Christ is their only hope for true healing.

RE-Retreat is a small family oriented retreat center rooted in a Christian world view. It is meant to be a place of healing and restoration where we want to:

​​

• Partner with local family organizations such as family counselors, churches and other family oriented organizations; to help strengthen families grow stronger.

• Support individuals, families and small groups who need a place to retreat from the intense stresses that day to day living can bring and to bring focus back to the things that are truly important.

We recognize as Ecclesiastes 3:1 tells us, “There is an appointed time for everything. There is a time for every event under Heaven.” The author continues to speak of balance in the things we do like live/die; tear down/build up; weep/laugh; mourn/dance. The problem comes when we lose our balance. People do not balance their constant doing with rest and renewal which leads to burnout, lack of margin in their life, which can lead to a breakdown in relationships and families. People lose track of what is important and rarely take time to reflect on what the impact of all the doing has on their family and friends as well as their own life.

RE-Retreat’s goal is to help families become stronger by spending time together and focusing on what is important by slowing down and taking the time to:

• Retreat from the day to day stresses

• Reflect on how those stresses are affecting their quality of life and relationships

• Refocus on those things that are most important to their life.

• Renew a commitment to God, self-health and relationships.
